Once we’ve gathered a number of applicants, we sift through them, shortlisting the most appropriate candidates and conducting initial interviews. At this point we’re able to gain a clear understanding of their backgrounds, interests, and characters. Our next step is to present the approved profiles to you, thereby cutting your vetting-time down by almost half! We’ll proceed by assisting you at every stage, discussing profiles, scheduling interviews, liaising between the company and candidate and also presenting offers or negotiating salaries when necessary.
When the right applicant is chosen, we like to maintain close contact in order to help with any teething issues as well as to monitor their progress.
